Sales Associate / Store Supervisor

Locations: Burnsville & Golden Valley, MN
Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week (split between two locations). Includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Customer service and retail sales
• Point-of-sale operation and daily reporting
• Product guidance and water treatment solution support

Required Skills:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Sales experience preferred

• Inside sales with outside sales opportunities

Service Technician

Location: Blaine, MN
Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week with rotating on-call weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair residential and commercial water treatment systems
• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and system upgrades
• Represent Commers professionally in customer homes and businesses

Required Skills:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Clean driving record
• Ability to work independently
• No experience required — full training provided

Salt Delivery Technician

Location: Blaine, MN
Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver water softener salt throughout the Twin Cities metro
• Operate company delivery vehicles
• Provide friendly customer service at each stop

Required Skills:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Clean driving record
• GPS familiarity
• Strong customer communication skills
